This keeps the vitamins, enzymes and minerals in the raw food and keeps the taste. Raw food are vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds and sprouts. Basically anything you get out of the ground, or from trees and shrubs and eat like that. The advantage of raw food is that it nourishes your body, ensures that your body recovers faster and gives you more energy.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of superfood?
There are no drawbacks to eating superfood. The only argument one can have is that it is more expensive than just healthy food. Nowadays you can buy superfood like chlorella, spirulina and maca powder for little money at the drugstore or even the supermarket. It is good to keep an eye on how your own body reacts to these superfoods. You can grow many superfood such as wheatgrass or goji berries on your balcony or in your garden. It is a true experience and journey of discovery to see how the seeds grow into actual plants.
How do you get a healthier body quickly?
The most important thing for a well-functioning body and good health is and remains a healthy diet. No matter how cliché it sounds: It is important that you get enough vitamins, minerals and amino acids every day. Drinking enough water is also essential.
